Experience:

	Eric comes from a real estate family. His father, brother and brother in-law are all active Brokers in Michigan. Eric began his real estate career in 1977. In December, 1983, he joined Lakritz-Weber & Co. as Associate Broker and also served as Vice President of marketing. In 1989 he co-founded Cody Olson, Inc. now known as Olson Retail Group, Inc. Eric became its primary stockholder in 1997.

	Eric has worked with numerous retailers and Landlord's over the years, Retailers include Petco, Arbor Drugs, Rite-Aid, Fashion Bug, One Price Clothing, Sibley Shoes, House of Fabrics, First Optometry, Grondin's Hair Centers, KSI, Subway, Imperial Sports, Damman Hardware, ACO hardware, ABC Appliance, Gags & Games, SVS Vision and Fashion Cents, Subway, Little Caesars, First of America, Spartan Foods, Mail Boxes, Etc., Observer & Eccentric Newspapers, Harmony House, and AT&T Wireless.
