Shelly Gilray, Chief of Operations

Experience:

	Prior to joining Olson Retail Group, Inc., Shelly was employed by K mart Corporation. Her primary responsibility at K mart was the leasing of ancillary space of K mart developed and owned shopping centers east of the Mississippi. Her K mart experience has also included outlot sales and ground leases. As a result, restaurant site work is one of Shelly's specialties. As part of the self-development division at K mart, she was periodically involved in the site plan approval process, tenant improvement coordination and property management. She is an Associate Broker and has a para-legal degree from Oakland University.

Responsibilities:

	Shelly has two primary duties at Olson Retail Group. As an Associate Broker, she handles the K mart outlot disposition program for the State of Michigan. As chief operations officer, she is responsible for all marketing, lease administration and closings.
